Callie Stoker

Callie Stoker is an editor with two decades of experience. Through her business, The Manuscript Dr, she offers coaching and editing services to authors at every stage of their publishing journey. 

The League of Utah Writers has been part of her life for most of her career. She began as a member and later joined the conference committee under the leadership of Jared Quan, helping expand the yearly conference into the event it is today. Since then, she has loved finding ways to offer her time to the League through a variety of volunteer and board positions. 

Callie has especially enjoyed serving in the Publishing position, working with authors, polishing their stories, and helping them bring their work to publication. She is thrilled to be able to do that for the League through their two annual publications. 

The League creates a community for authors and publishing professionals who often begin their careers feeling like they’re navigating the industry alone. Callie will forever be grateful to be part of that community and help foster it for others.
